- Usually sourced from brand-owner warehouses outside Malaysia

Important Notes
Ready for Shipment: Your order has been processed, packed, and is ready for courier pickup.
Working Days: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm & Closed on weekends and major public holidays
Peak Holiday Seasons: Orders placed near Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, and New Year may require extra processing time as distributors/couriers may have earlier cut-off dates.
Power Outside Normal Range: If your order includes: Power beyond -6.00, Astigmatism (Cyl/Axis), Addition (Multifocal) or Special base curve (BC) then expect that your orders may require 7 –14 working days before it is Ready for Shipment.
Colour Lenses – Unique Shades: Popular colours are usually ready stock. Unique or less common shades may take 3 – 5 working days.
Orders with Remarks: Any special request (e.g., address change, comments) may add extra processing time.
If Your Order Is Delayed
Sometimes delays happen due to distributor or brand-owner supply issues. Estimated delays:
J&J: 6 – 8 weeks
Alcon: 8 – 12 weeks
CooperVision: 6 – 8 weeks
