We use the best & most reliable courier service. Please provide us your Company Address instead of home address as we prefer to ship to your company since there are always people during working hours.

  • Within Rest of Malaysia via Ninjavan
  • Outside of Malaysia via DHL Express/Ninjavan

Delivery Time: Shipping Time + Transit Time. Refers to the total time it takes for your order to reach your shipping address.

Shipping Time: The time taken by the courier to deliver the parcel.

Transit Time: Applicable only for international orders and refers to the time needed for customs clearance, duties, and tax processing in the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery times shown represent the number of business days after the goods leave our warehouse. These timelines are provided for reference only and should be used as a guideline.

Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in different countries or delays by local postal services in handling parcels.

Duties, Taxes & Fees: SHOP.MALAYAOPTICAL.COM is not responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

Order Grouping: We recommend placing all desired items in one single order. We are unable to combine multiple orders placed separately, and each order will incur its own shipping fee.

Shipping & Packaging Care: Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but we take special care to ensure your goods are well-protected during packaging.

[Upon Receiving Contact Lenses]

-Check for Opened Seal on Packaging, Packaging defects and Prescription Error eg Power, CYL, Axis, BC, Dia & Color

- Must report within 48hours of receiving the goods, otherwise considered in Perfect Conditions.

- All unopened goods must be kept and return.

We will get back to you with our management decision and solution within 48hours. If it's our fault, we would provide a refund via Voucher with an expiry of 1year from date of purchase.


[While Using Contact Lenses]

- Check for Blister Opened, Prescription Error, Lens Defect, Torn, Warp and Color inconsistency

- Must report within 6 months of receiving the goods, otherwise considered in Perfect Conditions.

- All Blister and defected contact lenses must be returned.

[Exchange for different brand or prescription]

In an event, that you accidently purchased the wrong contact lenses or decided to change brands or prescriptions, don't worry. We will try to accommodate any changes that you might need if we can.


Step 1 : Ensure that the products are unopened / undamaged / no dented (preferable to use back the box that we use) and it's minimum expiry is 1year's time.
